I've seen a couple of my blog friends who have won this stylish blogger award and I can't believe someone thought to give it to me! I've never won an award and while I have only been doing this blog a few months I am still trying to figure out how to do it. So, this is really exciting and unexpected for me. Thank you so much to In My Tennis Shoes for thinking of me! I surely think the same of you. These are the rules:

Here it goes...
1. I started playing tennis about 6 months ago and have become absolutely smitten with it and can honestly say I'm a bit addicted. I would play everyday if I could. I play about twice a week (not enough).
2. Both my husband and I work in the same industry....not the same company but we do get to work together sometimes and/or travel places together. So fun!
3. I'm the youngest of three girls. My sisters are my "half" sisters but I never introduce them or think of them as my half sisters.
4. I grew up on an island so to speak. An island located near Newport Beach, California called Balboa Island. My Mom still lives there. It is really a special place and if you're ever visiting the area, I highly recommend it.
5. I can't stand clutter so I try to stay organized. I have to clean my desk every night before I go home and if I don't my next day is always a mess and and out of whack.
6. I love shopping. I'm not too big on shopping with friends....weird, I know. I guess I like to do my own thing and go where I want to go. It's kind of my alone time.
7. I love having friends and family over for barbecues. Almost every Sunday we have friends over. Having a full house, laughing, and kids running around makes me happy.
